- Once approved, you will receive instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Note: Refunds may take additional time depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for regular products and a 60-day guarantee on serums. For serums, you may:
- Provide before and after photos (with timestamps) to show usage and results.
- After review, we will process your refund, excluding customs and shipping charges.
Exchanges:

- Note: Exchanges are unavailable for products that have been tampered with, misused, or damaged due to negligence.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Final sale and discounted products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Opened or used serums and cosmetic products that do not meet hygiene standards are non-returnable unless defective.
Customs Fees:
- Any customs duties or taxes incurred for return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. If unavoidable, customs fees will be deducted from the refund.
